Back in September 2017, I bought a five floor, 2 apartment, 320 sqm (3,450 sqft) townhouse in Brussels, with the idea of turning it into a share house.
A one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and a 4 bedroom apartment sits on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. The one bedroom apartment will be converted into two ensuite rooms, so that the share house features six bedrooms and four baths.
Before anything else, I’ve installed my new workshop on the first floor, which is much larger than my previous workshop! It took me over two months to have a decent setup, and I’m still far from being done!
Electrical and plumbing/heating aside, I decided to remodel the whole house myself, so it will take a while!
Here is the current state of the house. The electricity and plumbing are 90% done. I already worked a lot in the house but as you can see I’m not done yet!
